Run-off election is set for Dec 3rd.      Early voting: Starts on NOV 26th at 215 E. Central, Bentonville AR. DEC 3rd 3 Riordan Dr, Bella Vista. It is likely all 5 locations for voting will be open on the 3rd of Dec. Make plans to vote.

    • Avoid excessive city restrictions while maintaining natural beauty, and preserving property values

    • Implement one permit platform that disseminates the request to all governing bodies.

  • TRANSPARENCY:

    • Travis not only believes in government transparency, he displays it as a certified Public Information Officer (FEMA) He will demand it from the city's leadership and will always answer questions for the citizens.

  • VOICE OF THE PEOPLE:

    • Travis will be the proactive advocate you deserve, standing up for the citizens without waiting for them to come forward.

  • ACCESSIBLE LEADERSHIP:

    • True open-door policy. Phone is on, email is open. Reach out at any time, all the time.

 

  • VISIONARY GOVERNANCE:

    • Committed to continuous improvement, regularly visiting policies, plans, and regulations to ensure the right balance of governance.

  • ROADKILL:

    • Implement a roadkill removal system. Let's stop leaving dead deer on Bella Vista's roads.

  • RECYCLING:

    • Provide the option to have a recycling bin at your house.

  • TRASH:

    • Actively engage volunteers and the Sheriff's Office along with all individuals with community service needs to assist with trash removal from our streets, trails and common areas. 

  • BIKES:

    • Support the biking community and provide safe alternatives verses riding on narrow roads with no shoulders. Additional bike lanes, connections, etc.

  • CITY RAN QUARTERLY YARD WASTE PICK UP: 

    • At an economical price.

Harps' proactive approach distinguishes him from the rest, focusing on community engagement and innovative policy solutions. Travis won't wait around to hear from his constituents; he will actively seek the needs, concerns, and desires of Bella Vista residents.

Harp has an attribute that you can't train, teach, or learn in school, and that is COMPASSION.

Travis displayed courage and intestinal fortitude, on multiple occasions while he and his fellow soldiers faced insurmountable odds, knowingly placed his soldiers safety and well being before his own. I owe my life to this young man, as I was injured on a hazardous combat mission whilst in Baghdad, Iraq. Travis helped lead others to assist in my medical evacuation, all the while under combat conditions. This man is still putting other people's needs above his own. Actions speak Louder than words."
